    The file with the converted extension is too heavy to be used by the crystal.

    If you change the extension of the interior or air rear model and use it in the crystal, it may be possible to use it depending on the PC environment. However, in general, due to the capacity of the model, it often does not work smoothly. We are also planning to sell fbx and obj files so that we can use the high-demand interior and air rear models in Christa immediately, but there are various problems in the process of modifying the model. Therefore, it is recommended that you export images using the SketchUp program or the SketchUp web version (Free).
